Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery date
- Product Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number is required
- Product Type: Only applies to sealed bottles and packaged products
- Quality Issues: For quality concerns, contact us immediately upon discovery
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened water products cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect or contamination issue.

Package the product securely and send it back to us. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt and inspection, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging and delivering our water products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Immediate Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Documentation: Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- No Return Needed: For damaged products, you may not need to return the item
- Full Refund or Replacement: You'll receive a full refund or free replacement
- Delivery Issues: If the product is unusable due to delivery issues, we'll arrange immediate replacement
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened Products: Opened water bottles or dispensers (unless defective)
- Expired Products: Products past their expiration date
- Subscription Deliveries: Already delivered subscription orders (can be cancelled before next delivery)
- Bulk Special Orders: Custom or large bulk orders made to specific requirements
- Promotional Items: Free items or gifts received with purchase
- Delivery Fees: Shipping and delivery charges (except for damaged/defective items)
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Processing: Full refund if cancellation is requested before order processing begins
- After Processing: Partial refund may apply if the order has already been processed
- After Dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible once the order is dispatched
- Subscription Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before next scheduled delivery
- Refund Timeline: Cancellation refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

- Bank/Card Refunds: 5-7 business days to appear in your account
- Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days after processing
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
- Store Credit: Instant upon approval (can be used immediately)
